Nets Netball Development Academy 10-13yrs

Now introducing Term 2 - Mosman ONLY 

9yrs*, 10yrs & 11yrs players welcome

*(9yrs players must be turning 9 in 2026, or born in 2017 to enter the Academy)

We focus on improving the mechanics of footwork, passing, catching, court craft and specialist play.  Through consistency we work with the players to build intensity and complexity of work.  We continually discuss with players the benefits of  fitness, nutrition, the knee program plus stretch and recovery techniques. This program has varying levels of participant from novice through to advanced - participants are positioned in the program based on skill levels and progress is made based on skill development. - Note: we accept U9 year old players from term 3 each year.

* Monday 7.00-8.15am - Willoughby                  * Wednesday 7.00-8.15am - Mosman
