By registering a participant you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Disclaimer: All information collected by all NETSNetball is solely for the purpose of providing better and more efficient services to our current members and prospective participants keep them informed of NETSNetball activities. Typically, we will obtain personal information from you. This will include contact details and may include sensitive corporate information that is necessary for the delivery of services to you. Please note that by registering your interest with NETSNetball, you hereby acknowledge that NETSNetball may use your personal or contact information for the above purposes. In obtaining your information, however, we do so in strict accordance with the Privacy Act. In the event that you do not wish to receive ongoing NETSNetball communications, all future correspondences will contain an option for you to unsubscribe.
First Aid Administration: I hereby authorise the staff of NETSNetball during the period of the activity to administer first aid and/or organise medical/hospital treatment as they see necessary, at my expense.
Medical Conditions: Any medical condition that requires management of an individual has been disclosed to NETSNetball as part of the registration process. Any undisclosed condition will result in the participant being removed from the program/activity until such time as that condition/s have been explained and a management process is in place.
Responsibility: I, and if being a minor, my parent/s, guardian/s, for and on behalf of myself, understand that NETNSNetball will take no responsibility for accident, loss or injury suffered by myself/my child during the course of the activity.
Declaration: I declare that the stated person/s is physically and mentally fit to participate in all sporting activities over the period of the event.
Clothing Attire: All students must wear comfortable clothing appropriate for changing temperatures, suitability to Netball training activities and must bring a change of clothes.
Payment Methods: Upfront payment for each day is required prior to commencement of the activity being offered.
Unavailability of Facility or Services: As a requirement of enrolment, NETSNetball attendees/parents/guardians accept that a particular facility or service within the location/premises may be unavailable at any particular time due to a prior booking, mechanical breakdown, fire, act of God, condemnation, and loss of lease, catastrophe or any other reason. Furthermore, attendees/parents/guardians agree not to hold the location/venue responsible or liable for such occurrences.
Hours of Operation: NETSNetball reserves the right to vary from time to time any of the particular facilities or services provided. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel an enrolment, or request a student/parent/guardian to leave the premises if that person does not behave in a responsible manner, is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or does not adhere to the conditions of use. Participants are not permitted to leave the vicinity unless accompanied by the adult or permission has been received to allow one to depart with another, this must be received in writing in advance.
Refund Policy: Our refund Policy is stated here and is included at the point of purchasing/booking a product.
Refund & Cancellation Policy - Purchases, 1 If cancellation occurs up to 7 days prior to the event then your money will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. 2 If cancellation is made within 7 days you will receive a 50% refund less a $25 administration fee. 3 In the case of cancellations 24 hours or later NO refund will be given.
Injury and Illness Policy, in the event of injury or illness your money will be refunded less a $25 administration fee on presentation of a valid medical certificate within 48 hours of the date of the clinic.
Wet Weather. Activities will never be cancelled due to weather. Drop off and pick up times will remain unchanged. In times of adverse weather we modify the program to make best and appropriate use of the venue's facilities (undercover or indoor areas). This could involve talks from the specialists, modified intensity sessions and other games and activities.
Event Cancellation. In the event of extreme weather conditions or a cancellation of an event, NETS Netball will re-schedule that event for all registered participants. Participants may opt to credit their original booking towards any other future event instead. There are no refunds. Cancellation decisions will be managed on a case by case basis and notification will be made via email and placed on the netsnetball website www.netsnetball.com and facebook pages.
