We focus on improving the mechanics of footwork, passing, catching, court craft and specialist play. Through consistency we work with the players to build intensity and complexity to our work. We discuss with players the benefits of fitness, nutrition, the knee program plus stretch and recovery

About the Event
This is for players of a high standard or those that have progressed through the lower levels of the program. Â Commences Monday 1st February (WILLOUGHBY) and Thursday 4th February (MOSMAN). Â Term 1 finishes on Monday 29th March (WILLOUGHBY) and Thursday 1st April (MOSMAN).
