As the workhorse of the team you need to be across Attack and Defence skills, we will take you through ​* Aerobic Capacity * Footwork * Passtypes - including faking * Attacking movement patterns * Defensive skills/tactics * Centre Pass Strategies/tactics In Small Groups we can add, resetting the play, Game Sense, Court Balance - Attack smarter not hardertime, includes movement patterns, hitting and holding circle edge, securing the centre pass, faking and pass techniques
