As the designated shooter on your team your role is crucial in the attack line aiming to score goals to secure success. Its imperative to learn and maintain high accuracy - 80% as a minimum - this ensures optimal contribution to a team's performance ​* Shot Technique * Practice and Home programs * Shooting Biomechanics * Psychology of Shooting * Attacking and circle movement In Small Groups we can add, resetting the play, Game Sense, Court Balance - Attack smarter not hardercircle, includes Shot technique, circle rotation, lead & drop, holding techniques and goaler movement patterns and entry into the circle. All sessions are 1 on 1 for maximum development of the athlete.
